Suspended Globe Magnetic Light

The Suspended Globe Magnetic Light combines a softly illuminated Ø120 mm globe with a curved 100% brass frame and dual suspension points. Designed for DC24V magnetic track systems, it uses an OSRAM LED chip with 3W and 5W power options.

Its open curved form places the illuminated globe at the centre of the composition while two slim suspension lines rise toward separate magnetic adapters. The fixture therefore introduces a decorative pendant effect without requiring a conventional ceiling-mounted pendant base.

With a 270° beam angle and CRI >90, the fitting works particularly well as a decorative lighting layer within residential, hospitality and retail interiors.

A Balanced Suspended Form

The curved brass frame wraps beneath the central globe and extends upward on both sides.

This creates a balanced, open shape measuring approximately 300 mm wide, while the full suspended composition reaches 350 mm in height. The globe itself measures Ø120 mm.

Unlike a conventional single-drop pendant, the two suspension points create a wider visual composition. As a result, the fitting has more architectural presence while still remaining relatively lightweight in appearance.

Designers can use one fixture as a decorative feature or repeat several units above a dining table, counter, reception desk or seating area.

270° Light Distribution

The Suspended Globe Magnetic Light uses a broad 270° beam angle.

Instead of directing light downward through a narrow optic, the globe spreads illumination across most of its visible surface. Therefore, the product works primarily as decorative and ambient lighting rather than focused accent lighting.

The wide distribution also makes it easy to combine with other magnetic modules. Directional spotlights can handle artwork and architectural details, while linear modules provide stronger general illumination.

OSRAM LED and CRI >90

An OSRAM LED chip forms the light source, with 3W and 5W versions available.

The CRI >90 specification supports accurate rendering of interior finishes, fabrics, furniture, timber and decorative materials.

The fitting is non-dimmable.

Three Colour Temperatures

Choose between:

• 2700K – warm white
• 3500K – balanced warm-neutral light
• 4200K – neutral white

2700K pairs naturally with brass, timber, warm stone and hospitality interiors. Meanwhile, 3500K creates a balanced atmosphere for contemporary residential and commercial projects, while 4200K produces a cleaner and more neutral appearance.

100% Brass

The structural components use 100% brass and come in two finish options:

• Copper
• Black

The copper finish highlights the curved frame and creates a warmer decorative expression. Black gives the same form a quieter appearance against dark tracks and contemporary ceilings.
