MEAN WELL LRS-75 Power Supply – 24V 76.8W

The MEAN WELL LRS-75 Power Supply is a compact single-output AC/DC switching power supply for professional low-voltage electrical systems. The LRS-75-24 version supplies 24V DC, up to 3.2A, with a rated output power of 76.8W.

Its universal 85–264VAC input range works across common mains supplies without a manual voltage selector. In addition, the unit supports 120–373VDC input, making it straightforward to integrate into different electrical systems.

Adjustable 24V Output

The nominal output is 24V DC. However, installers can adjust the voltage from approximately 21.6V to 28.8V DC through the built-in adjustment control.

The LRS-75-24 supplies up to 3.2A and reaches approximately 90% typical efficiency. Moreover, ripple and noise remain at a maximum of 150mVp-p for the 24V model.

This output range works well with compatible 24V loads such as LED strips, linear lighting assemblies, signage, control equipment, automation devices, and other low-voltage electrical systems.

Compact 30 mm Profile

The enclosure measures only 99 × 97 × 30 mm.

Its perforated metal construction lets heat escape naturally. Therefore, the power supply operates through free-air convection without a cooling fan.

Because the housing uses open ventilation, installers can mount the LRS-75 inside electrical cabinets, lighting enclosures, equipment housings, and other protected locations.

Universal AC Input

The full-range 85–264VAC input eliminates the need for a 115V/230V selector switch. Consequently, installation remains simple across different mains conditions.

Furthermore, the LRS-75 can withstand a 300VAC input surge for five seconds. No-load power consumption stays below 0.3W, which keeps standby consumption low.

Built-In Protection

The LRS-75 includes protection against:

• Short circuit
• Overload
• Over voltage

During overload conditions, the supply uses hiccup-mode protection and automatically resumes normal operation after the fault disappears.

In addition, the power supply operates from -30°C to +70°C, subject to the specified derating conditions. It also withstands 5G vibration, while an integrated LED indicator gives a quick visual indication when the unit has power.

The compact format makes the MEAN WELL LRS-75 Power Supply particularly useful for 24V lighting assemblies, signage, electrical controls, and equipment installations where cabinet space is limited.
