Linea Alabaster Cube Magnetic Light

The Alabaster Cube Magnetic Light combines a compact decorative form with a solid 100% brass body and soft, wide light distribution. Designed for DC24V magnetic lighting systems, the fitting uses a 3W OSRAM 2835 LED and a broad 120° beam angle.

Its Ø65 × H120 mm proportions keep the fitting compact on the track, while the brass construction gives it a stronger architectural presence than conventional plastic or aluminium magnetic modules.

Brass in a Compact Form

A 100% brass body gives the Alabaster Cube its distinctive material character.

The compact cylindrical dimensions allow designers to introduce decorative lighting elements without adding a large fixture to the ceiling. Moreover, the metal finish works naturally alongside stone, timber, brass details and other architectural materials.

Gold creates a warmer decorative expression, while black integrates more quietly into dark magnetic tracks and contemporary ceilings. Platinum, meanwhile, suits cooler metal palettes and restrained modern interiors.

Despite its decorative appearance, the fixture remains compact at only Ø65 × H120 mm.

Wide 120° Light

Unlike a conventional magnetic spotlight, the Alabaster Cube does not concentrate light into a narrow accent beam.

Instead, its 120° beam angle spreads the light across a much wider area. Therefore, designers can use it as a softer decorative layer alongside directional spotlights, grille modules or linear magnetic lights.

The 3W OSRAM 2835 LED keeps the output controlled and visually comfortable for decorative compositions. In addition, the wide beam supports repeated arrangements along the track without creating a sequence of harsh, isolated light circles.

This character makes the fitting particularly suitable for spaces where the lighting system should contribute to the interior design rather than simply illuminate objects.

3500K Standard, with More CCT Options

The standard version uses 3500K, which sits between warm white and neutral white.

However, different interiors need different colour temperatures. korix also offers:

For example, 2700K and 3000K work well with timber, warm stone and brass finishes. By contrast, 4000K and higher colour temperatures create a cleaner and more neutral visual appearance.

This range gives designers more control over how the fixture integrates with the material palette and the rest of the lighting scheme.

For Decorative Magnetic Lighting

The Alabaster Cube Magnetic Light works especially well when a project needs more than standard magnetic spotlights and linear modules.

Designers can use a single fitting as a small decorative light point or repeat several units along the track to create rhythm. It suits living rooms, dining spaces, boutique retail interiors, hospitality areas, reception zones and decorative architectural applications.

Furthermore, designers can combine it with focused magnetic spotlights for accent lighting and linear modules for general illumination. The result creates a layered track system with several lighting functions rather than one repeated fixture type.
