The Ribbed Glass Magnetic Light combines a decorative ribbed glass globe with solid brass detailing for DC24V magnetic track systems. A 5W OSRAM 2835 SMD LED sits inside the globe, while the 120° beam angle spreads soft light across the surrounding area.

Measuring Ø100 × H150 mm, the fixture has enough presence to work as a decorative feature without becoming oversized on the track. The vertical ribbing across the glass adds texture and depth, while the illuminated centre remains softly visible through the diffuser.

The brass components come in gold, black and platinum finishes.

Ribbed Glass Globe

The glass globe defines the character of the fitting.

Vertical ribs run around the Ø100 mm diffuser, giving the surface a more detailed appearance than plain opal or clear glass. When illuminated, the ribbing catches and redirects the light across the globe, creating a softer decorative effect around the LED source.

Its rounded form also creates a useful contrast against straight magnetic tracks and linear modules.

Designers can use one Ribbed Glass Magnetic Light as a decorative point or repeat several units along the track. Multiple fittings can establish a regular lighting rhythm above counters, seating areas, display zones and other interior features.

5W OSRAM 2835 LED

The Ribbed Glass Magnetic Light uses a 5W OSRAM 2835 SMD LED.

Its 120° beam angle creates broad light distribution rather than the concentrated beam of a magnetic spotlight. Therefore, the fitting works primarily as a decorative and ambient lighting layer.

Directional spotlights can handle artwork, products or architectural details, while the ribbed glass modules introduce softer light within the same magnetic system.

Gold creates a warmer decorative combination with the glass globe, particularly alongside timber, marble, travertine and brass details. Black creates greater contrast and integrates naturally with dark magnetic tracks. Platinum works well with cooler metallic palettes and contemporary interiors.
